We’ll be honest—before working with Yoonet, our attempts at hiringvirtual assistants (VAs) hadn’t gone too well. We tried hiring directly,but it was a bit of a disaster. The onboarding was simple and we found that with a commitment from our local team to training, giving feedback and revision of step by step instructions it has been a huge success. Our Yoonet team now help with data entry, printing to our office, repetitive tasks like filing in our online database, emailing customers statements and general queries, placing orders into our systems, populating reports, and even texting with our customers!
Our Yoonet team help coordinate customer needs via WhatsApp and communicate with our internal team and truck drivers on a daily basis.
