We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The main role is to provide administrative, creative or technical assistance on a day to day basis.

What You'll Do

  • Handle admin tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via email, video conferences and other forms of communication.
  • Provide technical assistance to the clients in administrative matters.
  • Anticipate the needs of the client in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of the unit.

What we're looking for

With a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Excellent time management skills.
Professional discretion
Well-developed organisational skills and attention to detail
