Our client, who runs a modeling agency in Australia is seeking a dedicated person to assist in collecting and recovery of outstanding payments from their customers, processing refunds and cancellations and other general administrative tasks to support the broader team.

What You'll Do

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email or SMS, negotiating payment plans, and enacting payment plans that will reduce outstanding payments. 
  • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.
  • Processing refunds and cancellations.
  • Responding to email, social and SMS enquiries.
  • General administrative support.

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
Previous debt collection experience will be advantageous.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Speaking and listening skills.
Multi-tasking and time management skills.
Prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently.
Attention to detail.
