Challenge: A fast growing, national disability service provider was struggling to communicate effectively with their many and varied stakeholders.

No surprise when you consider they have over 30,000 active stakeholders. The provider runs various exhibitions across the country each year and is a knowledge leader in their space. With a constant flow of information of interest to their stakeholders, their website provided the obvious means by which to disseminate their event updates, articles and content.

But there were two major problems. First they simply could not keep up! And secondly, website content is critical to the overall SEO characteristics of a website. Failure to optimise the technical structure of a website will lead to serious degradation of performance and when you are constantly updating a site with large amounts of information, it's easy to create an optimised website. They needed a solution that allowed them to stay on top of the volume and not compromise their sites integrity.

Solution: Marketplace talent initially established a workflow to provide a means by which the client could consistently transfer information and updates to the website content to the team.

Once received the team simply actions the tasks, updates the website content, gets the clients final approval before going live with the updates.

Their website is developed using Joomla, a website content management system our marketplace is very familiar with. This technical understanding of the platform ensures the site remains optimised at all times regardless of volume.
