How a franchisee of a national real estate agency automates their prospecting

The Challenge: At various stages of a sales campaign the agency gets in contact with surrounding property owners to introduce them to the nearby property on the market.

They follow the initial contact with information about the sale once complete. Whilst beneficial, it is a mountain of work requiring a number of different databases and software to execute.

Marketplace tools used

The Solution: The marketplace team worked with the client to map the process in detail to identify the input needed to commence the process and the component steps required to deliver the outcome. Following a trial period to refine the process, the marketplace got to work.

The process requires the collection of data for up to 200 contacts for each property, sorting and cleansing of that data to produce usable information and finally the creation of individual letters via a mail merge. The team utilise various databases, Excel and Word to execute the process.
