A company starts in Balanga
Yoonet opens in Balanga City, Bataan, not Manila, not Cebu. A deliberate choice: build where people live, and they will not have to choose between a career and their family.

Our story · Balanga City, Bataan
Most outsourcing companies tell you about their process. We would rather tell you about our address, because it has not changed since 2011, and that fact explains almost everything clients value about us.

Why it matters to you
In the big BPO cities, staff change employers by crossing the street. In Balanga, Yoonet is a fixture: people build ten year careers here, twenty minutes from their families. That is why the person doing your books or answering your patients is still doing it years later, and why the honest answer to "how do you keep people?" is not a programme. It is a place.
This is what where work happens and who does it looks like when the answer is specific: one office, in one city, full of people whose names our clients know. If that sounds like the team you have been trying to build, that is what Yoonet does for small businesses every day.

The founder
Yoonet's founder lives in Dunedin, New Zealand, and has spent fifteen years building one company in one Philippine city. In 2025, Balanga adopted him as an honorary son of the city, an honour usually reserved for Balangueños, and one he describes as the proudest line on any page of this website. The management on the ground in Balanga has been there nearly as long as the company has existed.
The premise has never changed: treat an offshore team as the whole point rather than a cost line, and everyone on both sides of the arrangement does better. Fifteen years on, the people of Balanga have made that premise a company, and the company is hiring. See what working at Yoonet looks like.
