An outsourcing company built

The process

How an offshore
team starts.

STEP 01

Tell us what breaks

Not a job description. The real thing. What stops moving when someone
resigns, what never gets finished, what you keep doing at nine at night.
That conversation shapes the role better than any position statement.

Pricing, honestly

We are not the cheapest. Here is what that buys.

You can find cheaper offshore staff. You will pay the difference in churn: the retraining, the dropped balls, the client who notices. Our rate (a single monthly amount in AUD or NZD, no onboarding fees, no surprises) pays for the things that make people stay. Proper salaries in Balanga terms. A real office twenty minutes from home. Team leaders who develop careers, and training that keeps skills current, AI included.

The result is simple to state and rare to find: the person doing your work this year intends to be doing it in three.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks first.

How do I know if my business is ready for an offshore team member?

The sweet spot is when you are spending ten or more hours a week on work that does not need you personally, you have at least some documented processes, and you have a budget of roughly AUD 1,500 to 3,000 a month. If you are not there yet, we will tell you, and help you understand what needs to happen first.

What does a dedicated offshore team member cost?

Between AUD 1,500 and 3,000 a month for most roles, depending on complexity and experience. That is a fully loaded figure: salary, all mandated Philippine benefits, a desk in our secured Balanga office, IT and security, and the local leadership that supports your person. What we quote is what you pay. No setup fees, no recruitment fees.

How long does it take to get someone started?

Typically two to six weeks from the first conversation to your team member working. The timeline depends on your readiness, the complexity of the role, and our current talent availability. We will not rush the match to make a sale.

Do I need to commit to a long term contract?

No. We operate month to month. We are confident enough in our service not to lock people in, and our retention speaks for itself: 89.29% across the whole operation.

Are your staff employed by Yoonet, or are they freelancers?

Employed by Yoonet. Every team member is a full employee of our incorporated Philippine entity, with proper contracts, paid leave, 13th month pay, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG. This is not a freelance marketplace.

Where does my team actually work?

From our secured office in Balanga City, Bataan. No remote work for client facing roles. CCTV, biometric access, disabled USB ports, a firewall protected network, and two factor authentication on every client system.

What happens if my team member is sick or on leave?

We manage all leave and can arrange backup coverage for extended absences. Your operations do not stop because someone needs a day off, and you get a Philippine holiday calendar at the start of each year so nothing surprises you.

What currency am I billed in?

Australian dollars for Australian clients and New Zealand dollars for New Zealand clients, monthly in advance. Exchange rate risk sits with us, not with you: your monthly figure stays the same regardless of currency movement.

Next step

Start with the thing that keeps breaking.

Tell us what stops moving when someone leaves. We will tell you honestly whether an offshore team member fixes it, and if we are not the right shape, we will say so.
