Transparent pricing. No hidden fees.
No surprises.
We believe you should know exactly what you are paying for before you commit. Here is a complete breakdown of Yoonet's pricing, what is included, and how it compares to hiring locally.
Quick Answer
How much does it cost to outsource to the Philippines?
Yoonet charges between $1,500 and $3,000 per month per team member, depending on role complexity. This is a fully loaded cost covering the team member's salary, office infrastructure (seat lease, equipment, internet), Philippines-based management, HR and compliance, and AU/NZ management oversight. There are no hidden fees.
Full Breakdown
What is included in Yoonet's monthly pricing?
When we say “fully loaded,” we mean it. Every component required to employ, house, manage, and support your offshore team member is included in the single monthly figure. There are no line items that appear later. There are no annual fee increases hidden in the fine print. Here is exactly what your monthly payment covers.
Team member salary
Your team member receives a competitive salary that meets or exceeds Philippine minimum wage requirements. The salary is calibrated to the role complexity — a general admin VA receives a different salary than a specialised allied health administrator or a developer. We pay fairly because it is the right thing to do, and because it is the primary driver of retention. Underpaid staff leave. Fairly paid staff stay.
Mandatory government contributions
Philippine law requires employers to contribute to SSS (Social Security System), PhilHealth (national health insurance), and Pag-IBIG (housing fund). These are non-negotiable employment obligations. Some providers skip these to lower costs. Yoonet does not. Every team member is fully registered and compliant. This protects them and it protects you from the reputational and legal risk of using a non-compliant provider.
13th month pay and leave entitlements
Philippine employment law mandates 13th month pay (equivalent to one additional month's salary paid annually), five days of service incentive leave, and public holiday entitlements. These are included in your monthly cost, amortised across the year. You do not receive a surprise bill in December.
Office infrastructure
Your team member works from our Yoonet office in Bataan. This includes their workstation, ergonomic chair, monitors, headset, and all peripherals. The office has enterprise-grade internet with redundant connections, backup power generators, and the physical security infrastructure described below. You do not need to ship equipment or manage IT remotely.
Physical security
CCTV monitoring across all work areas, biometric access control at all entry points, disabled USB ports on all workstations, and firewall-protected network infrastructure. This level of security exists because we serve businesses that handle sensitive data — allied health practices, financial services firms, and professional services businesses. It is not optional. It is built into every seat.
Philippines-based management
Your team member reports to a team leader who is physically present in the same office. This person handles attendance tracking, daily supervision, productivity monitoring, performance reviews, HR matters (leave requests, personal issues, disciplinary matters), and acts as the first point of escalation. You do not manage HR. We do.
AU/NZ management oversight
Our New Zealand and Australian leadership team provides strategic oversight. This includes regular check-ins with you to ensure alignment with your business objectives, quarterly reviews of team member performance, and a direct escalation path for any issues. We proactively monitor. We do not wait for you to tell us something is wrong.
Technology platform access
You receive access to our proprietary platform which provides real-time visibility into your team member's attendance, task tracking, and productivity metrics. This is not surveillance software. It is a transparency tool that allows you to manage outcomes without micromanaging inputs.
HR and compliance administration
Contract administration, payroll processing, tax compliance, government remittances, employee onboarding, offboarding, and all associated paperwork. If you have ever employed someone directly in a foreign country, you know how complex this is. With Yoonet, it is handled entirely on your behalf.
Replacement coverage
If your team member resigns, we manage the full replacement process at no additional cost — sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Our 89.29% retention rate means this is infrequent, but when it happens, the burden falls on us, not you.

The difference is not marginal. For the cost of one local administrative hire in Australia, most businesses can employ two to three offshore team members through Yoonet, with management and compliance included. This is not about getting cheap labour. It is about getting better value for your administrative spend so you can invest the savings into growth, client services, or clinical capacity.
How Pricing Is Set
What determines the price for your specific team member?
Yoonet's pricing is not one-size-fits-all, but it is not opaque either. The monthly figure is determined by a small number of transparent factors. We will give you a specific price before you commit, and we will explain exactly how we arrived at it.
Role complexity
A general administrative assistant handling email, scheduling, and data entry requires different skills than a specialised allied health administrator who manages Cliniko, processes treatment notes, and handles patient billing. More specialised roles command higher salaries in the Philippines, which is reflected in the monthly price. We will always be upfront about where your role sits on the scale.
Experience level required
A team member with five years of experience in your specific industry will cost more than a recent graduate. Both can deliver excellent work, but the ramp-up time and training investment differ. We help you determine the right experience level for your needs so you do not overpay for experience you do not need, or underpay and get frustrated by a slow start.
Technical skill requirements
Roles requiring proficiency in specific software (Cliniko, Xero, HubSpot, Figma, WordPress) or technical skills (web development, data analysis, graphic design) may sit at the higher end of the range. These skills are available in the Philippines, but they command a premium because the demand for them is global.
Team size
If you are building a team of three or more people, the management overhead per person decreases. We pass some of that efficiency back to you. The savings are modest — we are already competitively priced — but they are real and we will discuss them openly.
No Hidden Fees
What does Yoonet not charge for?
Some outsourcing providers advertise a low monthly rate and then add fees for services that should be standard. We have heard the stories from clients who come to us after being burned. Here is what Yoonet does not charge for, ever.
If a provider cannot give you a single, fully loaded monthly figure with no asterisks, that is a red flag. At Yoonet, the number we quote is the number you pay.
Return on Investment
Is outsourcing to the Philippines worth the investment?
The savings from outsourcing are clear from the comparison table above. But the real return on investment extends beyond the direct cost reduction. Here is how our clients typically describe the value.
Time recovered for revenue-generating work
An allied health practice owner spending 15 hours per week on administration is losing 15 hours of clinical time. At a billing rate of $150 to $200 per hour, that is $9,000 to $12,000 per month in lost revenue. A Yoonet VA at $1,500 to $2,500 per month recovers most of that time. The ROI is immediate and measurable.
Reduced burnout and improved focus
Business owners who try to do everything themselves eventually burn out. Administrative overload is a leading cause of owner fatigue across small and medium Australian businesses. Offloading that work to a capable, dedicated team member changes the experience of running a business.
Scalability without proportional cost increase
Adding a second or third team member through Yoonet does not require additional office space, IT infrastructure, or management overhead on your end. The incremental cost is the monthly fee per person. This makes scaling your administrative capacity predictable and affordable.
Continuity and institutional knowledge
With an 89.29% retention rate, your Yoonet team member becomes a long-term asset who accumulates deep knowledge of your business. This institutional knowledge is worth far more than the monthly fee. When a freelancer leaves after six months, you lose everything they learned. When a Yoonet team member stays for three years, they become indispensable.
